Mid-Life Races

My name is Jeff Rowthorn and, amongst other things, I am a father with 3 children and 3 bonus children, a Grade 8 teacher, and a runner of all distances.  Although I prefer the trail, I also enjoy road races.  

 

In 2017, my partner (in life and in running) Heather and I started 'Happy Trails Racing' and in 2018 we will be directing 4 races in Southern Ontario.

 

2018 is going to be a crazy year.  We're finally getting hitched and I'm turning 40!  To celebrate, I'm planning on running 40 races in a single year.  It's going to be a lot of fun and I'd love to tell you all about it.
